Portfolio update - A sea of green

The Hong Kong stock market has been on an impressive uptrend for the past few weeks. Today, the Hang Seng Index gained 2.30%, while the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, a stock index consisting of large China based enterprises that are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, ended the day with an even larger gain of 2.41%.

And today my portfolio of dividend stocks are a beautiful sea of green.....

At the market close, my overall portfolio showed a daily gain of 3.21%. While I am glad to be celebrating these small victories, I am acutely aware that the Hong Kong and China markets are probably in overbought territory, and a price correction is very likely to occur in the not-too-distant future.

When that correction occurs, I will be looking to deploy additional funds to buy any reasonably priced dividend-paying stocks.
